Zumba (Monday 6:00pm)
Zumba involves dance moves set to a Latin rhythm in classes that last one hour and are taught in a party atmosphere with dimmed lights and loud music. Zumba instructors promote their classes as fun, energizing and easy to follow, regardless of fitness level.
Yoga (Tuesday 7pm)
A yoga class focused on breathing and postures that improve flexibility, balance, coordination and strength.
Spinning (Tuesday/Wednesday 5:45pm and Saturday 8am)
